A renovation firm from the valley, for the valley

What we do

Renovation of apartments, houses and chalets; kitchens and bathrooms; electrical and plumbing work; carpentry and joinery; interior and exterior painting; cleaning, maintenance and snow clearing. The common thread is that we do not hand the site to a chain of subcontractors and hope the schedule holds.

For private owners this means one contact and one invoice. For managing agents and landlords it means a firm that can take a building from an urgent repair to a planned renovation without changing supplier.

How we are organised

Each project is run by one person, from the visit to the handover. That person coordinates the trades, orders materials, and reports every week — in writing, with photographs. The owner always knows who to call.

We work with a small number of long-standing partners for specialist work — structural calculations, roofing, thermal studies — and we remain responsible for their work on our sites.

What we commit to

A written quote that details what is included, what is not, and the schedule. No work started without a signed quote. No hidden extras: if the site reveals something that could not be seen, we stop, explain, and quote before continuing.

A clean site at the end of each day. Common areas protected. Waste removed. Insurance certificates provided on request.
