How we price work
Two services have a published rate. Everything else is quoted after a visit, because the cost of a renovation depends on the building, not on a catalogue.
Plumbing repair — call-out
Travel €59 + first hour of labour €49, parts quoted separately.
Property clearance
Per m³ cleared, including transport, labour, tip fees and skip hire where needed. Adjusted for access and condition.
Renovation, joinery, electrical work, maintenance
Quoted from the site visit: measurements, materials, schedule and labour.
Rates shown are those published on tatimmo.fr at the time of this demonstration. They are indicative and confirmed in the written quote.
What the quote contains
- The detailed scope: what is included and what is explicitly excluded
- Materials, with brand and reference where the choice is technical
- Labour, by phase, and the schedule in weeks
- Payment milestones, and the conditions for additional work
- The validity period of the price and the conditions for revising it
- VAT at the rate applicable to the work and the property
