From the first drawing to the last connection: a complete kitchen, supplied and fitted, with the electricity and plumbing that go with it.
A kitchen is the room where a renovation is most often decided — and most often compromised. Moving a sink or a hob means redoing water and electricity; changing the layout means checking what the walls will carry and where the extractor can go. Because we hold every trade in-house, those questions are answered in the same visit as the design.
We draw the kitchen in 3D so you can see the plan, the heights and the light before ordering. Units come from established manufacturers at accessible price points, and we fit them ourselves. Delivery is typically three weeks after the order, and fitting takes two working days for a standard kitchen.
Layouts are checked against the actual walls, not the plan on file. In old buildings, a difference of a few centimetres changes the whole run.

- Plumbing: sink, dishwasher, washing machine, water supply and waste
- Extractor ducting to the outside where the structure allows
- Removal of the old kitchen and clean disposal
- Tiling, painting and finishing around the new units
- Appliance integration and final connections

Questions about this service
How much does a fitted kitchen cost?
It depends on the run, the worktop and the appliances. We quote the units and the work in one document so you can see what the kitchen costs and what the building work costs. A visit is needed before any figure is meaningful.
Can the kitchen be installed while we live in the flat?
Yes. The old kitchen is removed in the morning and the new units are brought in the same day where possible. Water is cut for a few hours, not days. We set up a temporary sink area if the schedule requires it.
Do you work with IKEA or Nobilia units?
We fit both, and other manufacturers as well. The choice is yours; we check the technical constraints and adapt the electrical and plumbing work to the selected range.
