What data we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, town, the type of property and the description of your project. Nothing else is requested, and no field is used to build a profile.

Through the hosting provider: technical connection logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) kept by Cloudflare for security and traffic measuring purposes.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if the project goes ahead, manage the works. The legal basis is your consent for the form, and our legitimate interest in securing the site for the technical logs.

Who receives it

The TATIMMO team in charge of your request. Our email delivery provider processes the message in transit. Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare. No data is sold, rented or transferred for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a project: 3 years from the last contact. Quotes and contracts: 10 years, as required by accounting and liability rules. Connection logs: 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. Write to us through the contact form. We answer within one month. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The form is validated on the server, protected against automated submissions, and the data is transmitted only to the recipient of the request. Access to the mailbox is protected by a password and two-factor authentication where available.
