Five steps, from the first visit to the keys
A renovation is decided long before the first wall comes down. This is the sequence we follow on every project, large or small.
Visit and brief
We come to the property, look at the structure, the networks and the access, and listen to what you actually need. No measurement-only visit: the constraints are identified on site, with you.
Written quote and schedule
A single document: what is included, what is excluded, the materials, the price, the payment milestones and the dates. If something is uncertain, it is written as an option rather than guessed.
Preparation
Materials ordered, deliveries planned, authorisations filed where needed, common areas protected. The site starts when the first trade can work without waiting for the second.
Site and weekly report
One contact, one schedule, a written update every week with photographs. Decisions are taken in hours, not at the end of the project when they cost more.
Handover and follow-up
A walkthrough together, a list of any remaining points with dates, and the documents for the work carried out. We come back for the adjustments that always appear in the first weeks.
